Payment terms

We accept all major credit cards  VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Refund Policy

If you have an issue with your order, please contact our customer service to assist you.  Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of your order delivery.  

Let us know as soon as possible if your order

  • Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt
  • Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items

We may, in our sole discretion replace at our expense, provide a full or partial refund of the purchase price, or provide credit for future purchases.  We may require the return of photographic documentation of the product and the box code to help with tracking origins of the issue.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to see in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank. 

CANCELLATION Policy

Your subscription may be cancelled at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.  Your account will be charged full market price for any orders that have been delivered and a $50 cancellation fee.  Any refunds will be immediately posted to your account, but may take 5-10 business days to see in your bank or credit card account depending on your bank.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Natural & Unforseen Disasters

There may be instances, as a result of natural or national disaster, inclement weather, or other unexpected circumstances, that your delivery cannot be made on the expected delivery day.  We will make our best effort to deliver your order as soon as possible to your delivery day.  In the case that we cannot deliver your box despite our best efforts, we will credit your account for the missed delivery.

Disclaimer

We strive to meet the box descriptions to the best of our ability.  We substitute seasonal produce at times throughout the year of equal or greater value. We also may make substitutions of other items in the box due to supply limitations.

Governing Law

No matter where you’re located, the laws of the State of California will govern the Terms and the relationship between you and Company as if you signed. If any provisions of the Terms are inconsistent with any applicable law, those provisions will be superseded and/or modified only to the extent such provisions are inconsistent.
